Since 2005, Be Well Canada Spa has been driven by a deep passion for wellness and innovation. In 2015, we firmly established our factory in Canada, marking a major milestone in our development. Today, as we grow, we are preparing a new expansion for 2025 to continue our commitment to quality and excellence. Combining unique expertise and modern technology, each Be Well spa is designed to offer an incomparable relaxation experience.
OUR HISTORY
A vision born in Europe
Be Well Canada Spa was founded by Fabrice Ferrini, who was passionate about design, technology, and well-being. With over 20 years of experience in the spa industry, he set up a factory in France, developed the first molds, and designed the foundations of what would become the Be Well signature. With a team of engineers and designers, he began developing the European market with a clear vision: to create durable, high-performance spas designed for absolute comfort.
The Canadian adventure begins
The brand reaches a new milestone with the official creation of Be Well Canada Spa in Quebec . This new chapter marks the beginning of a North American roots, with the same concern for excellence and innovation that guided the beginnings in Europe.
First factory in Saint-Lin–Laurentides
Be Well Canada Spa launches its first Quebec production facility. The plant enables the local manufacture of spas adapted to North American realities, while maintaining the high standards for which the brand is renowned.
Network development in France
In 2016, the Be Well brand continued to consolidate its position in its home market. Thanks to the experience and expertise acquired in Europe, the company successfully established a network of around twenty retailers in France. This commercial expansion made Be Well spas accessible to a wider customer base, while strengthening the brand's presence and its image of quality and innovation in France.
Expansion of the plant in Lachute
To support rapid growth and meet growing demand, the company is moving its factory to Lachute . This new 17,000 square foot production site significantly increases manufacturing capacity. The strategic location also provides better access to a skilled workforce. This expansion marks a key step in the development of Be Well Canada Spa as a leading Canadian manufacturer.
Modernization of production
Be Well Canada Spa is investing in robotization and automation of its manufacturing processes. This commitment to innovation optimizes the precision, consistency, and quality of the spas it produces. By integrating advanced technologies, the company strengthens its ability to offer an ever more reliable and efficient product, while effectively meeting growing demand.
Be Well offers an international distribution network
To support its global growth, Be Well has developed an international distribution network, enabling the brand to offer its spas in numerous countries, ensuring fast and efficient service to its partners and customers. Through this network, Be Well is strengthening its presence in key markets while consolidating its image as a reliable, innovative, and customer-focused manufacturer.
Opening of a second factory
Faced with growing demand, Be Well Canada Spa is opening a second factory , located in close proximity to the first in Lachute. This new 50,000 square foot space adds to the existing facilities, allowing for a significant increase in production capacity . This expansion demonstrates the company's continued growth and its commitment to responding quickly and efficiently to the needs of its partners.

Expansion and merger of facilities
In 2022, Be Well Canada Spa is undertaking a major expansion of its second factory, adding an additional 45,000 square feet . The two production sites are then merged into one large facility , creating a more centralized, efficient and cohesive work environment. This consolidation facilitates logistics, improves comfort and work flow for teams, while optimizing the entire manufacturing process.
Opening of the Be Well Europe warehouse
To meet growing demand in the European market, Be Well opened a strategic warehouse in 2023 for the distribution of its spas. This new facility not only strengthens its presence in France, but also expands distribution to Italy, Spain, Germany, and many other European countries. With this warehouse, the company improves responsiveness, logistics, and product availability for its partners and customers across the continent.
Be Well strengthens its presence in the United States
As part of its global expansion, Be Well is leveraging strategic partnerships and a strong retail network in the United States. This development ensures proximity, speed, and quality service for both its partners and customers. At the same time, the brand is reaffirming its commitment to the environment: already ENERGY STAR certified, Be Well is aiming for full certification of all its spas in the near future. A perfect blend of innovation, reliability, and sustainability.

A new course towards the future
To continue meeting growing demand in the Canadian, American and international markets, Be Well Canada Spa is undertaking a new 50,000 square foot expansion of its factory. This expansion aims to increase production capacity while maintaining the highest standards of quality, innovation and efficiency. With its 150,000 square foot factory and its team of 200 employees dedicated to excellence , the company confirms its position as a leader in the Canadian-made spa industry.

Thanks to this warehouse, the company improves responsiveness, logistics, and product availability for its partners and customers across the continent.

The Be Well Canada Spa network has more than 90 retailers in all regions of France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland.
