Superior construction, Performance and Comfort
Structure
All of our spa frames are built using premium Canadian Class 4 treated wood, offering exceptional resistance to pests and moisture. In addition to its durability, wood naturally absorbs vibration and noise contributing to a quieter, more enjoyable spa experience. For added comfort, our pumps are mounted on silent blocks to further reduce sound and vibration.
Advanced thermal & acoustic insulation
Our spas are engineered for maximum energy efficiency, even in the harshest climates. We use a combination of high-density polyurethane foam panels with dual thermal reflective surfaces and rock wool insulation, delivering outstanding thermal and sound insulation.
This advanced system not only helps retain heat and reduce energy costs, but also recycles residual heat from the pumps to warm the water all while maintaining easy access to equipment for hassle-free maintenance.
Shell
Every Be Well Canada Spa shell is thermoformed and laminated in our Canadian facility, ensuring a refined finish and superior durability. Reinforced with high-performance materials like vinylester, our shells are built to resist wear, structural fatigue, and osmosis ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Cover
All spas come with a 5"/3" thick insulated and lockable cover, also made in Canada, providing excellent heat retention and year round protection for your investment.
Quality control
Every Be Well spa undergoes rigorous wet testing under real world conditions. We verify waterproofing, jet performance, seals, and all functional components to ensure top tier quality and reliability for our customers.
Sustainable and eco-responsible
We design our spas to last 15–20 years, using sustainable materials and a no-silicone sealing system to ensure long-term durability with minimal maintenance.
Energy efficiency through smart design
The residual heat from the pumps is redirected to help warm the water, maximizing energy efficiency while keeping access to components simple and practical.
